Cristiano Amon serves as president of Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of all activities related to Qualcomm’s semiconductor business. Amon also serves as a member of Qualcomm’s executive committee. Amon served as co-president of QCT for three years and prior to this was senior vice president of Product Management with QCT, managing the Company’s wireless chipset portfolio. Amon joined Qualcomm in 1995 as an engineer and during this time he has held several other business and technical leadership roles at the Company. Prior to joining Qualcomm Amon served as the chief technical officer of Vésper, a wireless operator in Brazil and held positions in NEC, Ericsson and Velocom Inc. Amon holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP – Universidade Estadual de Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Hardware Engineering Intern and/or Full-time University Grad at Qualcomm you will leverage your degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent to work with with programmable logic, digital signal processors, microprocessors, ASICs and SoCs on high-density digital or RF circuit cards, automatic test equipment programs to perform ATPG, MBIST and Advanced Fault in Post-Silicon verifications, and gain hands-on knowledge during design validation, test and system integration.
As a Systems Engineering Intern and/or Full-time University Grad at Qualcomm you will leverage your advanced degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent and work with a team of leading engineers to innovate on CDMA Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) and architect, analyze and simulate cutting-edge, next-generation wireless communication networks.
